Accounts module lists all accounts you have access to with the count of total documents available in the Account.
Additionally, you can do the following actions on the Accounts module:
- To find your account and view account insights, use the column Filter icon to narrow the account list and click the account name.

To sort a column, click the header of the column.

To find your account based on the first alphabet or number of an account, use the alphanumeric hyperlinks and jump to the desired page quickly.

To view and access account relationships, click the Related Account label to drill into account relationships.
- To include an Account Type column to the table and know if the documents in the account are customer or vendor, use the add additional fields icon.
- To include Business Segments to the table, use the add additional fields icon.
- To personalize your Accounts module view by adding columns to the table and setting them as your default view, use the Set my default columns link. This default view will be available when you login to Voyager again.
Note that, if a document has many values (under Business Segments and Account Type), the same is shown as multiple values with separators.
Note: Data in the Account List page is refreshed every three hours. The last refreshed date & time is displayed at the bottom right corner of the page. During the refresh interval, a new Account or document is searchable even if the account Name or Total Documents count is not updated.

What is the default idle session timeout for the Pramata platform?
The default timeout is set to 30 minutes and can be changed to be anytime between 15 to 60 minutes. To update the default timeout, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
