Alerts & Notifications

With the Set Alerts button on the Pramata Platform, you have an option to opt in for contract renewal alerts. If enabled, you will receive an email alert on the last day of each month for every contract where you need to pay attention in the next 90 days.

Note that alerts are subject to security roles, ensuring that you exclusively receive notifications regarding contract renewals for which you have access.

Pramata’s definition of a contract that you need to pay attention to is not entirely just based on the renewal / expiration date.  We intelligently send alerts based on the renewal / expiration date minus any notice that the customer is required to provide.

For example, if a contract has a renewal date of Dec 31 and the customer must provide non-renewal  notice 90 days in advance, Pramata calculates the non-renewal notice date to be Oct 31. Alerts are triggered 90 days in advance of the non-renewal notice date and not based on the actual renewal date in order for you to take the necessary action well in advance of when the customer may opt out of the contract.  Therefore you will receive email alerts on June 30, July 31st and October 31st if you opt-in for Alerts.

For easy viewing and access, the Set Alerts button is available on the top right corner next to the User icon. The button disappears when you have opted out of Alerts. You can use the User icon to opt in or opt out of renewal alerts.

A sample renewal alerts email shown below. Here, the table is sorted by the Renewal Notice Date, so that the most immediate and urgent ones will be at the top.  From the email, the user can quickly get a link back into Pramata Voyager for access to the contract. Note that if you forward this email to another person, they must have a Pramata user account in order to access the hyperlinks.
