Manage Profiles through User Management Module
Customer Admins can now manage Profiles and provide users with access to specific modules from the User Management module. Note that, all new Profiles will have access to Accounts and Reports modules by default.
Find Contracts with Partial or Exact Text Search
We have upgraded your search experience to show contracts in search results with partial matches to a specific keyword or add quotes to find an exact match. For example, searching for “most favor” will find contracts with “most favored” in the Document Text.
Find Contracts by Document Title & Effective Date in Term Search
We have enhanced your search experience with the addition of Document Title and Effective Date as a term token to help you filter down your search and find the relevant contract more quickly.
Ability to add Account Attributes to Exceptions
Customer Admins now have the option to include additional Account Attributes as an additional column to the Exceptions grid view, such as, Account Type, Geographic Region, Revenue Segment and Other Segment.
To embed the required account attribute columns to your Exceptions view, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Grouping Additional Columns/Data Elements by Key Term on All Reports
While including additional data to your report, you can now choose to add a data element or the entire Term to your report which will further help you select relevant information in the export.
Expand/Collapse Document Family Tree
With a single click, you can now expand or collapse the entire Document Family to view all parent and child documents.
This new feature enhancement will be available on both your Voyager and CRM.
Amendments will now Inherit Contract Status from Parent Document
All Amendments will now derive their Contract Status from the related Parent document. Additionally, Amendments will also get assigned a Start Date which would be the same as the Amendment’s Effective Date.
Support External Contract Start Date & End Date
We now have the capability to import Start or End dates that may not be inside the contract from other systems, and use those dates to update the End Date and Contract Status. For example, this is useful in situations where the renewal / expiration date is based on the installation date of a service that happens after a contract is signed and that date is not documented inside a contract document.
