Overview of Metrics Tracked
The metrics provides a holistic view of the contracting process, enabling Admin users to identify areas for improvement, measure performance, and optimize their contracting activities.
In the Contract Request module, navigate to the KPI / Metrics menu. Here, all the metric bar charts are color coded to differentiate based on Contract Request Types. You can hover on the bar chart to view a summary of the requests or click to view the details of the requests.
Additionally, two new filters are available to help you zoom in on the insights that matter most:
- Contract Request Type - Instantly focus on specific contract categories.
- Submitted On - Analyze trends based on specific time frames when requests were submitted.
Open Contract Requests by Status
The chart in the KPI menu displays the number of contract requests that are open by Status.
Open Contract Requests by Assignee
The chart in the KPI menu displays the number of contract requests that are open by the Assignee.
Contract Requests by Legal Turnaround Time (Previous 1 year)
The chart in the KPI menu displays Legal Turnaround Time, showing the time spent by the legal team on contract requests in granular time ranges.
Administrators can configure which statuses are included in the Legal Turnaround Time calculation by selecting/deselecting them in the Workflow Configuration settings. Learn more here.
Contract Requests Closed by Month
The chart in the KPI menu displays the number of contract requests that were Closed.
% of Requests that are Automated vs. Reviewed
The chart in the KPI menu displays the percentage of requests that are automated versus reviewed, so that users can analyze the impact of automation on contract management process.
Note that, Automated requests are those where the system auto-generated a contract in PDF format and delivered it to the Requestor automatically at the time of request.
