Customer Admins can use the Usage Insights module within the Admin Console to view valuable metrics and analytics to help understand and optimize the usage of the Pramata and CRM platforms.
The Usage Insights module consists of two main categories: Pramata and CRM. The available features and metrics differ slightly between the two categories based on the nature of the platforms.
Pramata
The Pramata section focuses on insights and metrics related to the Pramata platform.
Adoption Metrics
Active Users, New Users, and Sessions
The section displays key performance indicators (KPIs) for active users, new users, and sessions. It also includes a line chart to visualize user sessions over time and a bar chart to show active users by department.
Timeframe
Users can filter based on timeframes, including the last 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 1 year, or a custom range, to view data. By default, the filter is set to the last 30 days. The maximum allowed duration for the custom date range filter is 1 year. The earliest selectable date is June 1st, 2023.
Export Data
Use the Export icon to export the data behind the graphs and quickly analyze which users logged in.
User Information
Active Users
Provides KPIs and a table of active users, including options for export. Users can filter results by timeframe.
Users with Accounts not Activated
Displays KPIs and a table of users who have not activated their accounts, with export options.
Deactivated Users
Shows KPIs and a table of deactivated users, with export functionality.
Users by Department
Provides KPIs and a table of users grouped by department, with export options. Department information is based on information stored in a users profile which can be managed in the User Management module.
Product Usage

This section includes a bar chart depicting the most and least used modules. Users can click on a bar to filter data by the selected module. The table displays details by events, and the user count column is clickable to view and export users who performed specific actions.
CRM
The CRM category offers insights and metrics specific to the CRM platform.
