Introducing Analytics

Introducing a brand new Analytics experience to elevate your contract management experience with insightful charts and visualizations. Explore contract insights through the following sections:

  • Repository Insights - Gain valuable Repository insights, including the count of published Accounts and Contracts. Additionally, explore Contracts by Status and Type with the help of intuitive pie charts.

  • Recently Signed Contracts - Stay up-to-date on recent contract activities in the past one year, including how many contracts you’ve signed in each month and of what type.

  • Upcoming Renewals / Expirations - Gain insights into contracts set to renew or expire next year.

Optionally, you can use Filters to refine your data based on ‘Account Type’ and ‘Business Segment’. Additionally, you can click a specific portion of the pie chart or bar graph to drill down further and view chart data within a data grid. Here, you have the option to add more columns to the data and export all your analytics data to an Excel for further analysis.

As part of this enhancement,

  • We have streamlined our terminology, renaming the Reports module to Reporting module. Furthermore, Reports and Analytics will now be nested as sub-modules within the Reporting module for a more user-friendly experience.

  • The report Contracting Insights will no longer be available, since the same functionality is now replicated inside Analytics.

 

Generative AI Assist (Beta)

***Available to Early Access Beta Customers Only***

Introduced a GenAI Assist feature, which, when enabled will appear as a dedicated tab on both the Contract Request Details page within the Contract Request module and Document Family page of an Account. With this new feature, you can use the available Prompts or use the chatbot to help accelerate contract review and improve compliance.

Pre-Signature Enhancements

Introducing Automated Approval Reminders

As an Admin user, you now have the capability to enable an automatic reminder for Approval Requests. The default setting is configured to send a reminder after one day. With this new feature, you have the flexibility to customize auto reminders by choosing between one to five days or even disabling reminders entirely to suit your workflow preferences.

Note that,

  • These reminders will be triggered if an approval remains unacknowledged for 24 hours after the initial request.

  • To maintain clear and consistent communication, reminder emails will be dispatched under the name "Pramata Notification”.

Import Salesforce Data into Form

To minimize manual data input for Requestors, we have provided the capability to auto populate data in to the Contract Request Form on your Salesforce. To enable or activate this feature on your Salesforce, Administrators can define mappings between fields in Salesforce objects and the corresponding form questions and share this mapping with your Customer Success Manager.

When you launch the Contract Request Form from Salesforce, the system automatically populates form with data from Salesforce records, if available. Users have the flexibility to override the auto-populated answers in the form, allowing for manual adjustments when necessary.

Introducing New Form Components

We are adding two new components to help you set up your Contract Request forms:

  • Select Box - This multi-valued component allows users to select one or more options in checkbox style format.

  • Review Page - The Review Page component presents form users with a summary of their data before submitting the form.

Update to Conditional Logic

The Conditional Show or Hide feature allows you to apply multiple conditional logic to a field. Using conditional Show or Hide, you can control what fields will display based on the user input on other fields.

Amendments will now Inherit End Date from Parent Document

Earlier, End Dates would be blank for Amendments. With this release, End Dates for all Amendments will be derived from the Parent Document.

Enhancing Security on CRM

With the introduction of multiple security roles, Administrators can assign specific permissions to CRM users. This ensures a granular control over user access rights and ensures that users can access only authorized contracts. 

 

Write API

The Write API is a new capability designed to grant you the ability to effortlessly Insert and Delete key-term entries based on Pramata Numbers (P#). This addition empowers you to efficiently oversee your contracts by programmatically incorporating, adjusting, or removing key-term entries.

Partial Search Enabled on ‘Doc Raw File Name’ column

Ability to search any content in the “Doc Raw File Name“ column with partial match when added as additional columns in the Document Management table.

Issues Fix

Accounts Home Page: Account Type filter would not show all results even when filter was applied.

The issue is now fixed.
Document Family: Contract Status would show both Active and Inactive contract results even when filter was applied to show only Active contracts. The issue is now fixed.
Contract Request: When a user clicks the Contract Request ID from an email, user would be navigated to the Comments tab instead of the specific comment. The Contract Request ID link will now navigate the user to the specific comment within a thread of comments for precise navigation.
Accounts Home Page: The search results from the Accounts page was not matching the search results from the Global Search box. The issue is now fixed.
Contract Request: In the Auto Generate Settings page all fields with a drop-down menu was not searchable. Users can now search in a drop-down menu to quickly type and find a specific value as the menu grows.
Contract Summary: In a table, if user sorts a column, the Reference ID column would disappear from the table. The issue is now fixed.
Contract Summary: The sequence of Key Term tables would not match the configured sequence. The issue is now fixed.
Contract Request > Request Forms: Clicking the Remove icon on a component would not delete the form component. The issue is now fixed.
