Repository Enhancements

Introducing Custom Dashboards!

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Dashboards feature - your window into easily visualizing and unlocking insights.

With intuitive, interactive pivot charts and grids, you can instantly slice and dice your data from new angles previously hidden from view. See connections, trends, and opportunities you never realized existed. The Dashboard capability is available inside the Pramata Platform (at an individual Account level OR across accounts at the Portfolio level) as well as in our CRM plug-in.

The User Management Module has also been updated to include a new “Dashboard Permissions” section which allows you to determine who can serve as Dashboard Administrators. Administrators can set the default views of each Dashboard to consistently showcase the most relevant, actionable data points for all users.

Note: To learn more about how to configure this new capability, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Reporting Gets Smarter: Report on the Non-Presence of a Term

Never again wonder what key terms or clauses may be absent in your contracts. Our enhanced reporting capabilities now uncover missing details across contracts that previously stayed hidden. For the first time, easily analyze and compare contracts by what clauses do NOT appear. Spot potential compliance gaps, risks, and revenue opportunities instantly based on the absence of specific terms or language.

Export User Details from Usage Insights

Previously in the Summary page of Usage Insights, you could see a graph of the usage patterns, but there was no ability to export the data behind the graphs. With this release, we are now enabling an Export option so you can quickly analyze which users logged in!

Document Archiving

You can now archive documents that have already been processed by moving them to the “Out-of-Scope” category. To do this, Admins must go to Admin Console → Document Management → Documents In-Scope → Complete, select the document(s) they want to archive, and then take the action to move them Out-of-Scope. By taking this action, the documents as well as the associated data will be unpublished and no longer visible to end-users in the Repository. Admins will continue to see the original PDF of any archived files in Document Management under Out-of-Scope as well as any data that was originally sent along with the file.

Note that a document linked to a parent document (such as a Master Agreement) cannot be archived at this time and this functionality is only limited to standalone documents.

Pre-Signature Enhancements

NEW! Microsoft Office 365 (Word) Integration

Say goodbye to the contract collaboration chaos. We’ve partnered with Microsoft Office 365, marrying contracts and documents in one unified hub.

Now you can create and co-author the latest contract drafts directly within Office 365 and connect those draft versions to your Pramata Contract Requests. Tag team members in Office through mentions or via the platform for instant notifications as work progresses.

Watch contracts and crucial documents move in lockstep with an always up-to-date paper trail of draft versions within a single system. Securely reference MS Office 365 files when obtaining Approvals or adding Comments without pesky back-and-forth email attachments.

Office 365 integration means you and critical stakeholders can simultaneously flag sections and propose tweaks. Redlining gets a productivity boost, keeping all changes organized in context instead of a confusing tangle of messy drafts.

Office 365 plus the Pramata platform is your new 2-in-1 power tool for efficient, mistake-proof document creation from start to finish. Collaboration on contracts now becomes faster and easier so deals close faster.
