New Report Sharing Capabilities
Now, effortlessly share contract insights with your team in the organization for collective decision-making through our new Report Sharing feature.
With this new feature, you can take any Saved Report and Share it with specific Users and / or Profiles. When a report is shared with user(s), it automatically shows up on the Reports module homepage.

Find Contracts by Pramata Number
We have added a new search capability that allows you to quickly locate documents by their unique Pramata Number. Now when you search using the new "Pramata Number" token followed by the document's number, Pramata's search engine will instantly return the matching document. This enhancement eliminates the need to manually scroll through search results trying to find the document you want.
Enhanced Document Filters on Document Management Module
As an Admin, having an overview of the entire document repository is critical. But as document volumes grow, getting a clear picture becomes difficult. That's why in this release, we've added powerful new filters to help you analyze repository content like never before.
New filters allow slicing and dicing by business categories. So if documents include metadata like geographic region, business unit, etc., you can now leverage this to filter documents in flexible ways. Want all manufacturing contracts from APAC? Done. How about European contracts? Now possible with a few clicks.
