Repository Enhancements

Introducing Dynamic Date Filters in Reporting

We are excited to announce a major improvement to date-based filters in our Reporting module & CRM Expiration Dashboard. Previously, date filters were static, requiring manual adjustment each time a report was run in order to view the most up-to-date data.

In this release, we have introduced dynamic relative date filters that automatically adjust based on the current date. For example, you can now select "Next 90 Days" as your date filter, and the report will always show data for the 90 day period following the date the report is run.

This makes keeping up with key reports much easier. For instance, your renewal reports can now always reflect contracts renewing in the next 90 days automatically. No more manual date adjustments needed!

Importantly, while we have added these new dynamic filters, you can still use custom static date filters to specify exactly the date range you want to analyze. So if you need to compare data across the same date range over time, you still have full control to set a specific start and end date.

Filter Documents by Effective Date in Document Management

Now, in our Document Management system, we've enhanced the filtering capabilities to empower Admins to easily manage documents by their Effective Date. For instance, if you need to de-scope a batch of documents, you can swiftly identify older documents by their Effective Date and put them out of scope with precision.

This enhancement streamlines the document management process, saving time and effort while ensuring that your document repository remains up-to-date and relevant to your current needs.

Admin Console > Document Management: Admins have been presuming that any documents split within the system are automatically relegated to the "Deleted" category, due to their classification process. The ‘Deleted’ category is now renamed as 'Splitted'.
Admin Console > Document Management: Users were unable to move documents out-of-scope. Issue is now fixed.
Amendment documents were incorrectly integrated into Reports and Renewal Alerts, making them visible even though they should remain hidden. To resolve this issue, we removed End Date for all Amendment documents.
Pre-Signature
Contract Request > Queue > Select a Contract Request: Closing a request was confusing because the options in the pop-up message were unclear, making it hard for users to pick one.

Updated the options making it easier to choose what you want to do:

“Yes - Send to Repository” is now “Yes - Upload to Repository”.

“Yes - eSigned / in Repository” is now “Yes - Link to Existing Contract in Repository”.
