Repository Enhancements

Major Upgrade to Reporting

We are excited to introduce the new and enhanced Reports module, designed to provide you with a comprehensive and user-friendly reporting experience. This module empowers you to generate customized reports based on various perspectives, including Contracts, and Deals. With its intuitive interface and powerful filtering capabilities, the Reports module streamlines the process of extracting valuable insights from your data.

Key Improvements

  • Enhanced Analytics: Standard reports now available under Analytics with an improved user experience.
  • Expanded Clause Text Functionality: Now works across all concepts with Digital Snapshots, not just a subset of terms.
  • Enhanced Data Handling: Row limit increased from 2,000 to 100,000. We have set a limit of 1 million rows for exports. If the row count exceeds this limit, the export option will be disabled, and users will need to modify the filters to reduce the row count before exporting.
  • Column Filtering: New ability to filter data by columns.
  • Improved Custom Report Security: Authorization now applied to Custom Reports, previously limited to users with Allow All access.
  • Data Visualization: Reports can now be easily converted into Charts / Analytics to visualize the data using our new ‘Pin to Analytics’ feature.

Pin to Analytics

Introducing our game-changing "Pin to Analytics" feature in the new Reports module. Pin crucial reports and visualizations to a dedicated Analytics tab for instant access, eliminating the need to navigate menus or recreate reports. This makes it easier for you to retrieve a favorite report with just one click!

Updated Integrations Hub

We have made a small improvement to our Integrations Hub to streamline the Single Sign-On (SSO) setup process. You'll now find direct links with logos for each SSO provider on the main hub page. This change allows you to select your preferred SSO provider immediately, without first navigating through a separate SSO setup wizard.

This update saves you one click in the integration process, making it slightly quicker to connect Pramata with your chosen SSO service.

Integrations Enhancements

New Feature: Update API

We're excited to announce the release of our new Update API. Previously, users could only add new data to our system. Now, with the Update API, you can programmatically modify existing records, ensuring your data remains current and accurate without the need for manual intervention.

Pre-Signature Enhancements

Introducing Support for Multiple Workflows!

We're excited to introduce Workflow Configuration, a powerful new feature that allows you to tailor your contract processes to specific needs across your organization and have multiple customizable workflows.

Key Benefits

  • Create multiple, distinct contract workflows.

  • Customize status progression for different contract types or divisions.

  • Align workflows with your unique organizational structure and processes.

How it Works

  1. Design multiple workflow templates with custom status progressions.
  2. Assign workflows to specific contract request types or divisions.

Changed You'll Notice

  1. The first question in your Contract Request form will now be moved into a new tab under Settings. The label of the tab will match the first question in your request form. Moving forward, this is where you’ll have to make any updates to the first question in your form if you’d like to add a new value or edit an existing value.
  2. You’ll see a new tab called “Workflow Configuration”. In this tab, everyone will start with the “Default” workflow. If you’re not interested in multiple workflows, there’s nothing to do. But, if you’d like to add a second workflow, click “Clone”, give your new workflow a name, and then decide which Statuses you’d like to keep or add in the new workflow. Note: Some statuses are not editable.
  3. Once you’ve added a new Workflow, you will need to go to the second tab and map each value to a particular workflow. When updating the workflow from Default to any new workflow, the system will ask you to map requests that are currently in the system to a corresponding Status if that Status does not exist in your new Workflow.

Simplified Version Tracking

We're thrilled to unveil improvements to version tracking that simplifies your contract drafting process. Now, effortlessly add files and Office 365 links directly to your contract requests from the Doc Versions and Attachments tab with just one click. This update simplifies version tracking, ensuring all your documents are organized and easily accessible in one place, leading to more efficient and effective draft management.

Note: We've removed the separate 'Add Office 365' & 'Upload Files' buttons. Now, you can add both files and Office 365 links using the single Upload Drafts button for a more efficient experience.

Generative AI Enhancements

Generative AI Assist (Beta) in the Reports Module

Unlock the power of AI with GenAI Assist, now integrated into your Reports. This feature leverages Generative AI to extract valuable insights from your data effortlessly. Chat with your reports or access any pre-built Experiences to improve your analysis.

Note: GenAI Assist for Reports is optimized for a limited number of records, with the specific limit varying based on the LLM being used.

To enable the GenAI Assist feature on your Pramata Platform, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Two Modes of Processing: Key Terms & Full Text

To optimize document processing and overcome context window limitations, we offer two distinct modes:

  • Key Terms Mode: Recommended for Large Document Families
    • In this mode, instead of passing all of the pages of the selected document(s), GenAI only receives the extracted Key Term data and the corresponding Digital Snapshot text. Key Terms Mode focuses the context, reduces the number of tokens consumed, and leads to lower hallucinations or chances of errors in the analysis.
  • Full Text Mode:
    • Processes the complete OCR text of the document. It provides comprehensive analysis of the entire content and is suitable for thorough document review.

Note: When working with extensive document families spanning multiple pages, you may receive a warning message as you approach the context window limit. In such cases, it is recommended to switch to Key Terms mode.

Gen AI Assist Now Works on Inactive & Superseded Documents

GenAI Assist now supports all contract statuses on the Gen AI Assist tab (Active, Inactive, Unknown, Superseded). Previously, it was limited to Active and Unknown Contract Statuses only.

Issues Fixed

Issues Fix
Repository
Admin Console > Document Management: When users attempted to replace existing documents, the system would encounter an error and fail to complete the replacement process. The issue has been resolved.
Admin Console > Integrations Hub > Microsoft Outlook: Clicking the "Download XML" button failed to initiate the download and instead displayed an error message. The issue has been resolved.
Reporting > Reports: The search functionality within the filter criteria was not working as expected, leading to incorrect or missing results being displayed. The issue has been resolved.
Reporting > Analytics: Analytics filters required individual manual clearing to be able to add a new filter. Added a ‘Reset’ button to clear all filters with a single-click to their default settings.
Pre-Signature
Contract Request > Queue > Open Requests: Requestors were unable to view or experienced disappearance of open requests from the list of requests. The issue has been resolved.
Contract Request > Queue > Open Requests: The "Save Preference" option for filters was throwing an error, when users tried to change the saved filter. The issue has been resolved.
Contract Request > Queue > Open Requests > Doc Versions & Attachments: The “Edit Form Responses” link would wrongly appear while uploading the new version of the contract draft. The issue has been resolved.
Contract Request > Queue: The page would take a long time to load all the open contract requests. The issue has been resolved.
Contract Request > Outlook > New Request: While creating a new request in the Outlook integration, if the user attempts to cancel the request, an error occurs, and the user is redirected to the Accounts module within the Pramata Platform application. Removed the 'Cancel' button from the "New Request" window in the Outlook integration. Users can now close the window to cancel creating a new Contract Request.
