Schedule Reports: Automated Report Delivery via Email

Release Date: December 9th

Users can now schedule their saved reports to be automatically emailed to specific recipients. This new feature extends our existing reporting capabilities by adding automated delivery options.

Key Features

  • Flexible Scheduling: Configure reports to be sent daily, weekly, or monthly
  • Customized Distribution: Add multiple recipients for each report
  • Granular Access Control: Recipients only see contracts they have permission to access, maintaining existing security controls
  • Size-Smart Delivery:
    • Reports under 20MB are sent directly as email attachments
    • Reports exceeding 20MB are delivered via a secure link in the email requiring recipients to log in to the Pramata platform to access the full report

Common Use Cases

  • Keep stakeholders informed about newly signed contracts
  • Receive weekly summaries of contracts pending renewal
  • Automatically distribute monthly compliance reports to your legal team

Important Note

Any existing renewal alert preferences remain unchanged. Scheduled Reports work alongside current renewal alerts.

Additional Date Filters in Reports

We've enhanced the date filtering in Reports with convenient preset options to save time and simplify your reporting workflow.

  • Previous 1 Day: View data from the calendar day before the current date.
  • Previous 7 Days: Access data spanning the last 6 days plus the current date.
  • Next 7 Days: Preview data for the current date and the next 6 days.

Security Enhancement: CRM Expiration Dashboard

We've introduced advanced access controls for contract details, focusing on granular visibility and data protection. The update leverages Salesforce's role-based access to ensure only authorized personnel can view sensitive contract information.

AI Drafting Assistant: Intelligent Contract Generation (Beta)

Release Date: December 9th

The AI Drafting Assistant automates the creation of contract drafts by intelligently analyzing Contract Request details and existing contract history. This new feature helps legal teams quickly generate first drafts while maintaining consistency with previous agreements.

Requirements

  • Feature is available for Contract Requests where an Account is linked (with existing contracts)
  • Users must be an Assignee on a Contract Request to view the “AI Drafting Assistant” button.

Example Use Case

Order Amendment Generation: Suppose a Sales Rep submits a Contract Request to add 10 licenses to an existing order:

  • Without AI Assistant: You'd need to manually locate the original order, review pricing terms, and draft an amendment incorporating all relevant details
  • With AI Assistant: Simply click the “AI Drafting Assistant” button, select the previous order, and in less than a minute, get a drafted amendment that:
    • Maintains consistent pricing from the original order
    • Includes all necessary terms for user additions
    • Preserves relevant terms from the previous agreement
    • Requires minimal manual editing

Contract Request API: Enhanced Field Support & Efficient Change Tracking

Complete Custom Field Support

  • What’s New: API now supports all Contract Request form fields, including organization-specific custom fields
  • Previous Limitation: Only standard fields were accessible via API
  • Impact: Complete access to all form data, regardless of customization

Last Updated Date Field

  • What’s New: Added modified_on_from & modified_on_to fields for efficient change tracking
  • Previous Limitation: Required querying individual records to detect changes
  • Impact: Enables efficient updates in external systems to only update records where a change was made within a date range

Self Approval for Contract Request Assignees

Assignees now have the ability to add themselves as approvers, streamlining the approval workflow by allowing more flexible participation in the review process.

MS Word-Add in Enhancements

Concurrent Login to MS Word Add-In and Pramata Platform Now Supported!

Release Date: December 9th

Users can now access the Pramata Platform simultaneously through the Word Add-In (desktop or browser) and a web browser without being logged out automatically.

Limitations

  • You can have up to two active sessions, but one session must be through the Word Add-In (either desktop or browser).
  • We do not support more than one session with direct browser login (without the Word Add-In).

 

Know When to Refresh Playbook Analysis

Release Date: December 9th

We've made it easier to keep your contract analysis up-to-date! When you make edits to your document after running Playbook Analysis, our system now intelligently detects these changes and lets you know if you should refresh your analysis. You'll see a simple "Re-Run Map Clauses" button appear whenever your edits might affect the accuracy of your previous analysis. This helps ensure you're always working with the most current and accurate compliance results.

Implemented a time-based progress bar that displays percentage completion in real-time, proportionally estimating processing time and providing users with an intuitive status update during document analysis.

Users can now choose between manually creating playbooks or leveraging our new step-by-step Playbook Creator Wizard, which provides intelligent prompts and suggestions to streamline the development process.

GenAI Assist Enhancements

Document Family + Attachments: Expanded Analysis Capabilities

Release Date: December 9th

GenAI Assist now allows you to analyze any business document alongside your contracts during chat sessions. While previously limited to contract documents within the Document Family hierarchy (master agreements, amendments, and orders), you can now attach additional supporting documents like invoices, pricing sheets, or business requirements for integrated analysis. Upload PDFs, Word files, CSVs, and text documents up to 10MB.

Example Use Cases

  • Compare contract pricing terms against actual invoices.
  • Verify service level agreements against performance reports.

Bulk Document Selection Capabilities

Release Date: October 30th

Introduced a “Select All” check box, allowing users to instantly select/deselect multiple documents and their nested families with a single click, saving time and minimizing repetitive actions. For accounts with multiple Account Types, users must first specify an Account Type to enable the bulk selection.

Enhanced AI Interactions

Release Date: December 9th

We've introduced two new ways to interact with AI-generated content: a black button for accessing documents (like summaries and reports) and a green button for exploring data visualizations and dashboards. These buttons appear automatically when relevant content is available, making it easy to view and interact with your AI-powered content.

‘IntelliDocs’ Button: These are AI-generated documents that help you quickly draft new contracts or content. When a document is generated, you'll see a distinctive black button labeled with the document name (such as "Amendment to Master Agreement"). Clicking this button displays your content in a well-formatted layout and offers a convenient Word download option.

New “IntelliExperiences” Button: This button appears when working with data visualizations, charts, and dashboards. It features an inviting design (green background with white text) that signals to users they can access enhanced dashboard views with a single click.

New ‘Try Fixing it!’ Button when IntelliExperience fails to run: New error recovery feature that automatically converts problematic AI-generated content to stable HTML format with a single click.

Multi-Report Mapping for GenAI Experiences

Added capability to map a single GenAI experience across multiple reports, enhancing reporting flexibility and efficiency. Users can now select multiple reports for a single experience while maintaining access controls and preserving existing mappings.

Account > In Flight Contract Requests: Clicking on a row in the table does not navigate to the associated contract request page as expected. The issue has been resolved.
Reports: Exported custom report filename was incorrect. The issue has been resolved.
Reports: Unknown effective date would display an incorrect date on Reports. Unknown or blank dates will now be shown as a hyphen ("-"), indicating the date is invalid.
Admin Console > Document Management: Missing documents are displayed and counted in the document list and pie chart, leading to potential confusion about billable document counts. Excluded missing documents from the document list and pie chart to ensure an accurate and clear representation of billable documents.
Admin Console > Document Management: Users encountered difficulties performing exact file name searches in the Original File Name column. Added quote-based precise matching to enable exact file name searches in the Original File Name column.
Contracted Products: Date filter not working a expected. The issue has been resolved.
Document Family: Doc ID was not displayed for stub/placeholder documents. Doc ID column remains persistently visible across all document types, including stub documents.

Queue > Request Details: The form field date format is inconsistent with other date fields in the Contract Request details. The issue has been resolved and dates are standardized to "MMM dd, yyyy" format
Queue > Submit Contract Request: Form fields do not auto-populate when hidden. The issue has been resolved.
Queue > GenAI Assist: Newly uploaded files do not appear in the 'Draft Contracts' drop-down menu. The issue has been resolved.
Queue > GenAI Assist: Unable to select Draft Contracts that are visible in the drop-down menu. The issue has been resolved.
Email Notification: The "View Request" link in email notifications sent to Requestors and Assignees directs them to Salesforce instead of the Pramata Platform when the Approver is from Salesforce. The issue has been resolved.
Email Notification: Auto-reminders emails were not sent for Contract Requests with no Assignee. The issue has been resolved.
Email Notification: Approval reminder emails were sent to inactive users. The issue has been resolved.
Email Notification: Assignee was not receiving email notification when an approver responds to contract request. The issue has been resolved.
Email Notification: Auto-approval reminder emails not sent as per schedule. The issue has been resolved.

AI Design Studio
Word Add-in: Changing the Party Perspective on the UI incorrectly displayed the refresh button in the playbook analysis section. Updated the Playbook Analysis section to correctly display the "Analyze Playbook" button when the party perspective changes.
Word Add-in: The Word Add-in occasionally gets stuck in an endless loading state. Implemented a timeout mechanism to terminate loading after a specified duration.
Word Add-in: Map clauses to playbook was not consistent Adjusted paragraph count settings to improve the mapping.
Word Add-in: Compliance color indicators for omitted provisions in Playbook analysis were not displayed. The compliance color indicators are now displayed for omitted provisions, similar to omitted clauses.
Word Add-in: Clicking on a provision name in the Provisions tab would not navigate to the corresponding paragraph in the Word document. The issue has been resolved.
Word Add-in: Lengthy comments added to the document would trigger and display the 'Re-Run Map Clauses' button. The issue has been resolved.
Provision Models: Allowing provisions and clauses with identical names would lead to confusion. Implemented a system to ensure provisions and clauses have distinct, non-duplicate names.
Playbooks: Formatting is incorrect when text is copied from PDF and pasted into the Playbook Guidelines The issue has been resolved.
GenAI Assist
IntelliExperiences: IntelliExperiences button fails to load requested interactive visualizations after processing user prompts. The issue has been resolved.
Chat box: The chatbot is not displaying user-entered text with proper line breaks. The issue has been resolved.
