AI Driven Repository
Quick Filters Added to Reports
We've streamlined report generation by introducing a new Quick Filters section for frequently accessed criteria. Users can now instantly filter by Account, Account Type, Contract Type, End Date, and other common parameters directly from the main interface.
Additionally, we've expanded our reporting interface to give you more space and flexibility when setting up your reports. The wider layout makes it easier to see and customize all your criteria at once.

GenAI Assist Now Integrated into Your CRM
Unlock the full potential of Pramata’s GenAI Assist capabilities within your CRM. Access and download powerful Account Summaries or just ask AI any questions about your contracts. You can access GenAI Assist through a dedicated button in your Document Family tab.
Export AI-Generated Content to PDF
Now you can export AI-generated content directly to PDF format. This enhancement enables sharing of AI generated content with stakeholders outside your organization. The exported PDFs maintain high-fidelity formatting, including visualization colors, chart layouts, text hierarchy, and embedded elements.
SSO Enabled Visibility in User Management
Administrators can now quickly identify and filter SSO vs. non-SSO enabled users directly from the main User Management view, eliminating the need to access individual user profiles. This functionality comes through a new SSO-enabled column option you can now add into your User Management view.

Playbook Creator Enhancements
Resume Playbook Creation Sessions with Auto-Save
We've implemented automatic progress saving during playbook creation. Now you can safely step away and return to continue your work later. The system saves all inputs, including provision models and guidelines. When you return, simply click "Resume Previous Session" to pick up right where you left off.
Improved User Experience with Quick Response Buttons
Introducing convenient quick response buttons (A, B, C, D, and OK) positioned above the chat interface, making it easier to respond to questions with one-click.. This enhancement reduces the need for manual text input for standard responses. The feature is designed to make the conversation flow more quickly, improving the overall user experience.
Template Selection Feature
Users can now quickly create playbooks off of a Template that has already been loaded into the system. The list of Templates also has preview and filter capabilities. Of course, you can still continue to attach a document if it’s not in the Templates list.

Customize Your AI Document Style Guide
Control the look and feel of all AI-generated documents with our new customizable AIDoc Template. This base Microsoft Word template acts as your style guide, allowing you to set consistent formatting across all documents generated by the AI Drafting Assistant.
What You Can Customize
- Font styles and sizes
- Headers and footers
- Margins and spacing
- Company branding elements
How it Works
- Navigate to Templates > Agents.
- Download the new template AIDoc Template.
- Modify the template with your preferred style.
- Use the Action button to upload the customized version of the template.
Note: The template requires the {{p AIDoc}} variable to function properly.
Terminology Refinements
We've updated our naming conventions to enhance clarity:
- 'GenAI Experiences' are now called Agents.
- GenAI Artifacts have been renamed for better recognition:
- AIDash (formerly IntelliExperience)
- AIDoc (formerly IntelliDoc)
-
AITable (formerly IntelliCharts)
Each Artifact now displays content-specific names on buttons (e.g., dashboard name, document name, or table name) for easier identification and access.
Pro Tip for GenAI Assist Users: To optimize your results, incorporate the new artifact names (AIDash, AIDoc, AITable) as keywords in your prompts.
New Prompt Variables
We’ve introduced two new Prompt Variables that can be leveraged inside of Agents:
Attachment Support We've introduced the {{ATTACHMENT}} prompt variable to seamlessly integrate attachments into Agents. By incorporating this Prompt Variable into Agents, it ensures that file content from attachments are always included as context, ensuring they don’t get missed out.
For example: "Compare the payment terms in {{ATTACHMENT}} with our standard terms in {{MASTER}}"
Date Reference Support We've added a new feature that automatically inserts today's date into your Agents. When you use the {{TODAY_UTC}} Prompt Variable, it will show the current date in a standard format that works across all time zones.
For example: "Generate compliance report as of {{TODAY_UTC}}"
Contract Lifecycle Management
Simplified Self Approval
We have simplified the contract request approval process by making it easier to self-approve requests. Assignees can now approve requests directly without unnecessary routing steps. The approval pop-up window now presents two options:
- Route to Others (same behavior as before)
- Approve (this is the new option that allows Assignees to self-approve and complete the approval immediately)
This improvement reduces approval time while continuing to maintain proper audit trails and notifications.
