Account Assist, Contract Request Assist, CRM Assist, Report Assist, Word Add-in, Drafting Assist, and Playbook Creator.

Account Assist
Where it appears:
AI Assist tab within an individual account
Purpose:
Provides AI-powered assistance across all signed contracts associated with a specific account. It enables users to summarize key clauses, extract product & pricing information, identify risks, and generate memos across the entire family of documents tied to a customer or counterparty.
Common Use Cases:
- Summarize all “Master” and “Order” agreements for a customer.
- Extract consistent pricing information across amendments.
- Generate an internal account review memo before a renewal.

Contract Request Assist
Where it appears:
AI Assist tab within a Contract Request, typically for new or renewal deals in progress.
Purpose:
Supports contract negotiators and legal teams by providing context and intelligence during the drafting and review phase. It helps analyze historical documents tied to the account and enables comparison, pricing validation, or playbook alignment directly from the request workspace.

Purpose:
