Generate a Starter Playbook off a Template in 5 Minutes!
Create a negotiation playbook in 5 minutes using just your contract template. The system automatically identifies key clauses and terms to evaluate and captures your preferred language for each—giving you a starter playbook you can later refine with your organization's specific positions and fallback strategies.
What's New
-
NEW: Template-Based Playbooks - Select only your contract template for instant starter playbooks with your ideal terms captured automatically (5 minutes).
-
Enhanced Creation Options - We've expanded your choices to three playbook creation methods, each offering different levels of time investment and comprehensiveness:
-
Template-Based - Quick starter using template only (NEW)
-
Fully Automated - Select template + upload guidelines (optional) for a comprehensive playbook with preferred and fallback positions, generated without additional input (formerly “Answer the questions”)
-
Guided - Select template + upload guidelines (optional) and confirm assumptions at each step for the most comprehensive playbook (formerly “I will answer the questions”)
-
All sessions can be paused and resumed at any time, letting you work at your own pace.
The Benefit Choose the option that matches your timeline and desired coverage—from a 5-minute starter to a fully comprehensive playbook with detailed fallback positions.

AI Assist: Analyzing Large Documents
AI Assist now maintains Full Text Mode as the default analysis method regardless of total page count. When document selections exceed 100 pages, the system displays helpful warnings with actionable suggestions, including the option to switch to Key Terms Mode for improved performance.
Standard Clauses Reorganized Under Clause Section
Standard Clauses have been relocated from the Terms section to the Clause section of the Playbook for better organization. Existing playbooks have been automatically migrated, with all Standard Clause content now consolidated at the Clause level for improved structure and accessibility.
Contract Lifecycle Management
Initiate eSignature from CRM
Send documents for eSignature directly from Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics—no need to switch platforms. Choose between DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign, just like if you were initiating from the Pramata Platform.
Suggested Approvals Counter
When a Contract Request matches an Approval Template, a counter badge shows how many pre-configured approvers are required. It’s displayed next to the "Send for Approval" link.
Signed Contract Column for Accurate Closure Reporting
The “Closed Request” queue now shows a Pramata Number column, making it easy to distinguish requests that resulted in a completed contract from other types of closures.
Attach Multiple Documents to Approval Request
Send multiple documents in a single approval request, giving approvers all the context they need upfront.
AI Negotiator for MS Word
Intelligent Diff Compare 2.0
Diff Compare now goes beyond tracking changes to help you respond to them. Compare incoming agreements against your template to identify all modifications, then use natural language chat to redline the document and add comments explaining your position. Most agreements can be evaluated and redlined in about 5 minutes.
Key Enhancements
-
Complete Change Tracking - Captures all changes between your template and the incoming version, not just material ones.
-
Smart Change Assessment - Evaluates which changes are material based on your negotiation playbook (or applies its own judgment if no playbook is selected). Disagree with the assessment? Just tell the AI to adjust.
-
Chat-to-Redline - Ask the AI to redline problematic clauses in plain language, and it generates ready-to-use changes you can apply immediately.
-
Auto-Comments - Add comments to your redlines explaining your positions to the other side.
The Benefit Move from identifying changes to responding to them in about 5 minutes, with AI-powered redlines and explanations ready to go.

UI Enhancements
Clickable Welcome Screen
Launch AI Negotiator Agents directly from the welcome screen with a single click.
Cleaner Thought Process Display
AI reasoning is now shown more subtly, reducing visual clutter while still available for transparency when you want to understand how the AI arrived at its answers.
Integrations
Enhanced Metadata API with Citation Tracking
The Metadata API now includes citation information—showing exactly where each piece of information came from, including page numbers and document references. This makes it easier to verify and trace data back to the source.
Migration Notice: The earlier version of the Metadata API (Version 1) is now deprecated and no longer available. If you’re interested in upgrading to this newer version (Version 2), please discuss options with your Customer Success Manager.

Issues Fixed
| Issues | Fix |
| AI-Driven Repository | |
| Reports: Filter changes made to saved reports are not reflected in the downloaded CSV file, causing a mismatch of data. | Updated report export logic to persist and apply the latest filter state when generating CSV downloads, ensuring exported data matches the currently filtered view. |
| Reports: Filter expansion was disabled after initial selection during report creation, preventing users from modifying existing filter criteria. | Enabled filter expansion and in-place editing functionality to allow users to modify existing filter criteria without requiring deletion and recreation. |
| Reports: Unable to add a Key Term filter due to a system error | Resolved the system error preventing Key Term filters from being added to reports. |
| Reports: Key terms display duplicated entries when no model is selected. | Modified key terms logic to exclude business model terms when no model is selected. |
| Document Family: Terms incorrectly displaying in Clause Analysis Model View. | Implement filtering logic to display only relevant key terms. |
| Reporting > Analytics: Date filters display dates in random order instead of chronological sequence. | Implement chronological sorting (oldest to newest) for all date-based filters to locate and filter contracts efficiently. |
| Uploads: The system rejects files when users upload documents with common characters like periods in the filename. | Updated the file handling system to properly accept and process documents with periods and other common special characters in filenames without errors. |
| AI Design Studio | |
| Playbooks: Large playbooks fail to save despite successful preview and download functionality. | Implemented server-side storage optimization for large playbook. |
| Advanced: Audit Logs with large context or history data would not load audit entries. | Large audit entry content will be hidden from display with copy-to-clipboard functionality provided for both Messages and Response sections. |
| Clause Analysis Model: Headers overlap in PDF export. | Adjust PDF export formatting to properly space headers. |
| Contract Lifecycle Management | |
| Queue > Request Details: When the “Submitted By” name is long, the pencil icon to edit is hidden behind the text, making it inaccessible to users who need to modify submitter information. | Longer names will now wrap to multiple lines instead of overflowing, ensuring the edit pencil icon remains visible and accessible for making necessary changes. |
| Approvals: Contract Request status incorrectly displays "Contract Approved" when pending approvals remain. | Contract status shows "Pending Approval" when any approvals are still pending, only displaying "Contract Approved" when all required approvals are completed. |
| Conditional Mapping: Conditional mapping fails to display for numerical select box values in generated contract agreements. | Conditional mapping now works for both string and numerical select box fields. |
| New Request: On a new request, when the user clicks "Assign to me" the system throws an error and user cannot complete the action. | Resolved the system error blocking users from assigning new requests to themselves. |
| AI Negotiator for MS Word | |
| Documents downloaded in the Contract Request fail to auto-populate Contract Request number in Analysis Settings. | Contract Request# automatically populates in AI Negotiator Analysis Settings when files are downloaded from Contract Requests. |
| Diff Compare: Failed to auto-link document when contract request contains only one file, requiring manual linking. | Auto-populate and link the single available document when contract request has exactly one file to eliminate manual steps. |
| AI Negotiator Installation: Incorrect side-loading steps for Windows prevented users from successfully installing the AI Negotiator add-in. | Updated installation documentation with accurate steps in both Pramata Platform and Help Center to ensure seamless Windows installation experience. |
| When applying multiple redlines sequentially, MS Word would freeze. | Implement batched redline processing with memory-efficient algorithm. |
