Centralized Application Settings Management
RELEASE DATE: FEBRUARY 2

While you'll see one setting available today, this foundation will expand over time to include more customization options, reducing your reliance on support tickets.
Manage Document Family Sort Order
RELEASE DATE: FEBRUARY 2
You can now choose whether child documents within a Document Family display chronologically (oldest to newest) or in reverse chronological order (newest to oldest). This flexibility allows you to optimize the view based on your organization's preference — quickly access the latest amendments in large document families, or review the historical progression from the original agreement forward. Configure this setting once in the Admin Console to apply across all users.

Issues Fixed
| Issue | Fix |
| AI Driven Repository | |
| Reporting: No error message shown when creating reports with duplicate names. | Display validation error message "The report name you entered already exists. Please choose a unique name for your report" when duplicate name is submitted. |
| User Management: SSO Bulk User creation fails and displays incorrect error message. | Remove overly restrictive domain blacklist validation to allow bulk user creation for all valid email domains. |
| Accounts: Generic error message when Account doesn’t load. | Display a clear error message identifying circular references and provide support contact options for resolution. |
| AI Design Studio | |
| AI Assist: When users select documents in Doc Family and then apply filters, AI Assist still uses all originally selected documents instead of only those matching the filters. | Clear document selections whenever any document filter is changed. |
| Contract AI Model: Users were not restricted from editing Contract AI Model definitions while extraction was in progress. | Disable editing and display a notification indicating when processes are active, allowing only view-only access until completion. |
| Contract Lifecycle Management | |
| Contract request form becomes unresponsive and displays a blank page when attempting to edit responses after submission. | Ensure all required calculated fields are properly populated before allowing form editing to proceed. |
| Some Request Actions continue to remain available when an approval is triggered manually. | Standardize request action disable logic to apply the same restrictions for both automated and manual approval triggers. |
| Docusign Integration: Email notifications missing document title and users unable to navigate to first page of Docusign envelope. | Configure email settings to display document title and enable back navigation button in the document interface. |
