Agent Sharing & Visibility

RELEASE DATE: APRIL 6

Admins now have full control over who can view and manage AI Agents across your organization.

Two access levels to the Agent sub-module can now be assigned at the Profile level:

  • Limited Access - Users can create, edit, clone, and share their own Agents, and view Agents shared with them. Sees three tabs:  My Agents, Shared With Me, and Pramata Agents.
  • Full Access - Everything Limited Access has, plus an "All Custom Agents" tab with org-wide visibility. Can see, clone, edit, reshare, un-share, or deactivate any Agent — including ones created by others.

When sharing an Agent, you can now share with Specific Users, Specific Profiles, or share with All Users.

Important Notes:

  • At the time of release, all existing users with access to Agents sub-module will be granted Full Access rights. Administrators can modify Profile access accordingly to assign certain users with Limited Access if required.
  • At the time of release, any existing Agents will be shared with All Users.  If limited sharing is required, Full Access users can modify sharing as necessary.

Self-Service Data Editor

RELEASE DATE: APRIL 6

Administrators can now directly view, correct, and update contract data across multiple documents at a time — including terms, dates, and party names — right from the platform.  Audit trails capture the data change as well as a date / timestamp.

Access to the Data Editor is controlled at the Profile level and is not enabled by default.

Important Notes:

  • Account Name and Doc Family are not editable in this release, but coming soon!
  • Edits to fields like Effective Date and Contract Type are supported but carry downstream implications — changes to values can impact other data.  For example, changing Effective Date can impact the calculated End Date of a contract.

Flexible Approval Routing (OR-Based)

RELEASE DATE: APRIL 6

Until now, when you sent a Contract Request for approval to multiple people, all had to approve for the request to move forward.  With this release, you can now route requests to multiple people simultaneously, but only one approval is required to move the request forward.

When sending for approval, select Send All at Once and set the completion requirement to Any One Can Approve — the first approver to respond moves the request forward, and the others are automatically notified.

The existing All Must Approve option remains available for workflows that require unanimous sign-off.

Note: If any Approver rejects before an approval is received, the request is canceled immediately.

URL Component Added to Contract Request Forms

RELEASE DATE: APRIL 6

Contract Request Forms now support a new URL component that can be added to any form.  Values entered into this field render as a clickable hyperlink with validation — no more pasting raw links into text fields.

Example: A contract request links directly to the Salesforce Opportunity so reviewers can access deal context with one click.

Turnaround Time Reporting - Days or Hours

RELEASE DATE: APRIL 6

Legal Turnaround Time and Total Request Time can now be displayed in either Days or Hours giving Legal Teams the flexibility to align reporting with how they measure performance internally. Configure your preferred unit in Settings, and the change is reflected across both the Closed Requests view and KPI charts.

Checklists & Simplified AI Negotiator Experience

RELEASE DATE: APRIL 6

Checklists are a new, lightweight alternative to Playbooks that are best suited to review agreements when there is a straightforward, consistent set of criteria.  Checklists can be used across the platform in any AI Assist Chat session or used in any of your custom AI Agents.

Additionally, we are very excited to roll out a brand new Checklist Analysis experience inside AI Negotiator.  This new experience makes contract review a breeze.  The new UX allows a user to quickly triage a contract against all items in their checklist and prioritize review based on High, Medium, Low importance item grouping.  Users can then either directly edit the document or use AI redline suggestions to insert updates into the document with a single click.

With this release, Pramata is rolling out an out-of-the-box Mutual NDA Checklist with 25 pre-configured questions that you can use as-is or fully customize to suit your needs.

Note:  Checklists are configured in AI Design Studio in the “Playbooks and Checklists” sub-module and can be created for any Contract Type.

Issues Fixed

RELEASE DATE: APRIL 6

Issue Fix
AI Design Studio
Advanced: LLM details did not display who created or last updated a record, and changes were not being tracked. Audit trail support has been added to the LLM table, and creator and updater information is now visible in the LLM grid. Sensitive information is excluded from audit logs.
AI Driven Repository
CAC Tracker: Credit balance was not updating and activity was not being recorded after AI Clause Analysis runs. Resolved the tracking pipeline to ensure CAC balance decreases and activity is reflected in the dashboard following each analysis execution.
Templates: Deleting a template or template folder would appear to succeed but leave the template locked and undeletable. Resolved a database constraint that prevented template deletion when audit records were present — templates can now be deleted without errors.
Reports: Scheduled reports were not respecting user-saved configurations, causing column order, visibility, and filter preferences to be ignored in the output. Scheduled reports now apply user-saved UI configurations, ensuring column order, visibility, and filters are consistently reflected in the delivered report.
Contract Lifecycle Management
Queue: The Doc Versions and Attachments tab continued to show the original document submitter even after a newer version was uploaded. Updated the Doc Versions and Attachments tab to always reflect the submitter of the most recently uploaded version.
Queue: Deleting a comment did not trigger any notifications, leaving assignees, comment authors, and tagged users unaware of the change. Email notifications are now sent to all relevant parties when a comment is deleted — the deleter is skipped, and recipients are determined based on who performs the deletion.
Settings > Request Type: Reordering Contract Request Types was cumbersome, and types were not sorted in a predictable order, making them difficult to locate. Added a Sort Alphabetically button and drag-and-drop reordering to the Contract Request Types configuration, making it easier to organize and locate types.
Auto-close was failing with an error after intake completion, leaving requests open and requiring manual closure to prevent document duplication. Resolved the error causing auto-close to fail — contract requests now close automatically once intake is completed and a P# is assigned.
AI Negotiator For Microsoft Word
Flagged provisions were being evaluated from the other party's perspective, resulting in suggestions that worked against the user's negotiating position. Resolved the Party Perspective logic to ensure suggestions always align with the user's negotiating position.

RELEASE DATE: MARCH 13

Issue Fix
AI Design Studio
Integrations Hub: Emails from e-signature providers such as DocuSign, and Adobe Sign were incorrectly marked as spam, causing documents to not be received into the platform. Updated the allowed domains list to include popular e-signature providers, ensuring their emails are recognized and documents are received without being marked as spam.
Contract Lifecycle Management
Queue: The limit of 25 contract request types and 25 rows per page was insufficient for customers managing large volumes of requests across multiple regions and business groups. Increased the contract request type limit and the paginated list view row limit from 25 to 50 across all contract request grids.

RELEASE DATE: MARCH 5

Issue Fix
AI Design Studio
AI Agents: Cannot Save Custom Agentic Solution to Key Terms in Non-Doc-at-a-Time Modes Agent Type is no longer disabled
AI Design Studio: Error When Saving Playbook or CAM with Long Descriptions Resolved the error to allow Description to be saved up to the supported limit of 60,000 characters.
Contract Lifecycle Management
Legal Managers and Requesters were unable to see the Approval tab for pending approvals as it was only visible in the "All Requests" view. Updated profile access restrictions to ensure the Approval tab is visible to all relevant users with pending approvals.
Queue: Contract Request Queue Layout Issues and Performance Problems Updated the layout to render correctly in all cases across the Contract Request Queue and CRM screens.
AI Negotiator For Microsoft Word
Manual numbering followed by spaces/tabs caused paragraph headers to incorrectly merge with adjacent text during Redlining. Updated Redlining logic to properly handle whitespace after manual numbering, so headers display and save correctly.
