Adobe Acrobat Sign Connector

We're excited to introduce a new self-service integration connector for Adobe Acrobat Sign in Pramata’s Integrations Hub. This enhancement allows IT teams to set up a secure connection between Pramata and their Adobe Acrobat Sign account. Within minutes, you can automate the transfer of all your ongoing contracts to Pramata.

Note for Existing Adobe Acrobat Sign Users: If you already have Adobe Acrobat Sign integrated with Pramata, no additional action is required. Your existing setup will continue to function as before. This update enhances the integration process for new customers and does not affect current configurations.

Generative AI Enhancements

Word Add-in Update: New Features and Improvements

In our latest Word Add-in update, we have streamlined the user experience and improved accuracy of Playbook Analysis with the following key enhancements:

  • Improved Interface: The "Open Contracts Knowledgebase" button is now labeled Open Pramata for clarity.
  • Progress Tracking: Document processing now displays loading progress as a percentage.
  • Enhanced Clause Management: A new dual-tab system in the "Map Clauses to Playbook" section offers greater control:
    • "Clauses" tab for viewing and managing individual clauses
    • "Provisions" tab for a summarized view of linked clauses and provisions
  • Omitted Clause Handling: The system now addresses omitted clauses and provisions, highlighting potential risks. We've also included a new "Suggested Clause" element in the analysis results, providing recommendations for what you can add to your document to address the omission.
  • Redline Explanations: A new element in the Playbook Analysis section provides context for suggested changes.
  • Streamlined Commenting: The “Comment” button now adds counter-party friendly comments to help explain your redlines to the other party.
  • Refined Compliance Indicators: The yellow indicator now provides more specific information: when hovering, it shows whether the clause doesn't align with a previously negotiated clause in a referenced Master Agreement, or if it doesn't align with your playbooks' fallback positions for that particular clause.

Enhanced GenAI Integration for Reports

  • Report-Specific GenAI Agents - We have enhanced GenAI Agents for Reports so they all don’t show up all the time. With this new enhancement, you can now link specific GenAI Agents to specific saved reports. To enable this, go to the Agents Builder and associate which report you want an Agents to be tied to.

  • Playbook Selection in GenAI Section - You can now choose a Playbook within the GenAI interface to gain tailored insights from report data, expanding analytical capabilities.

Customizable LLM for Ad-hoc Prompts

If you have multiple Large Language Models configured in your environment, you can now choose which model you’d like to use when interacting with the GenAI chatbot to ask ad-hoc questions about your contracts.
